A fine black powder containing Gomaya bhasma, Sadha Kapoor, Ajwain salt, Lavang, rock salt, Nilgiri tel, Asmantara and other ayurvedic herbs to cure dental and periodontal ailments.

It is not possible to cure a disease from a material that caused it. Modern days toothpaste contains sucrose, which itself is harmful but since the taste and smell of the chemicals are so atrocious, sucrose and artificial fragrance (like mint) is a MUST.

One has to understand that water would cause bacterial growth if added to any dry edible. For example, chapati/ roti will get rotten in few hours, since it's wet. If it is sun dried, it can be kept for many days. Same with pickles and papads.

Since toothpaste is also wet, it needs fungicides to prevent itself from getting fungus! Read this.

Best is to use dry powder as tooth powder, because then all such unnecessary chemicals don't have to enter our mouth as first thing in the morning.

Camphor, Rock salt, Clove and Ajwain are some of the best natural homemade medicines for any dental disease. Healthy teeth can only reside in healthy gums which are only possible through light finger massage. How can we expect a nylon bristle to massage gums?
